Step into a world full of gothic language, whimsical characters, disturbing plot lines and amazing themes and lessons. I found myself completely in love with this book. I'm always looking for dark fairy tales, those fairy tales that give you the goosebumps and make you thirst for more and Whichwood is exactly that which I wished for!

Laylee was a phenomenal character with so much depth and incredible strength. She wasn't your typical female main character, she's better. However, the real winner of the story were Mafi’s descriptions! SO SO good. I almost drooled everytime she described anything in this book, it was all so beautiful. I can't wait to read Furthermore, the companion to Whichwood.
